Merrick joined the family business in 1984 on finishing full time education and has built up a vast technical knowledge of the industry and managerial skills over the past 40 years.
Outside of work he is a family man and loves nothing better than taking a family holiday or a walk with his wife Jane their dogs Barney and Tolly or gaining some chill out time building his military models and wargames.
He is an active sportsman and can be found either playing a round at Ashley Wood Golf Club, Skiing down the piste or playing league table tennis.
Simon also joined the company straight from school following in his father’s footsteps. He has been with the company for over 25 years again building a vast knowledge of the trade.
He lives locally in Corfe Mullen with his wife and two children which take up most of his spare time but can often be found escaping with fishing rod in hand for the peace of the river bank.
Like his father Harry joined the company from school making it a 3rd generation family business.
Over the past 10 years he has built up a sound understanding of all departments with our company and within the industry.
Down time is time spent with his young family or playing a round of golf.
Jerry joined the company in 2010 to manage our Ferndown showroom bringing over 30 years of fitting and technical knowledge to the company following on from owning and running his own long and successfull business within the industry.
With the amalgamation of our 2 showrooms into our Poole site Jerry now is our main surveyor and estimator.
Steve is the newest member of the team and joining us in 2024 to become our Showroom Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge on the Retail side of the business.
He can be found unwinding on the side of a lake or river with fishing rod in hand
Julie holds one of the most important positions as she controls our accounts department.
She has been with the company for almost 40 years
